Jessie Baily Legal Secretary
Jessie Baily has worked as a legal secretary at Yearwood & Company since May 2005. She works with Holly Olic on the firm's personal injury files.

Jessie completed a Legal Secretary program in 1994 and is currently in the process of completing the Paralegal Program at Capilano College.

She was married in July 2005 and loves to spend as much time as possible with her little girl, Alyssa. Jessie also keeps busy playing many sports including bowling, baseball and kickboxing.

Kimberly Heaton Legal Assistant
Kim Heaton is currently the assistant to Tarel Swansky, responsible for corporate records and residential and commercial property.

Holly Olic Legal Assistant
After graduating from Simon Fraser University with a BA in Criminology, Holly Olic entered the legal field in 1986 as a legal secretary specializing in commercial and solicitor's work involving Agreements and Leases. In 1988 she began a career in the field of insurance defence as well as plaintiff personal injury. In 1990 she became a legal assistant and expanded her areas of practice to include labour law and medical malpractice. Holly's time in the area of labour law included working for both management and union, obtaining injunctions, and advancing wrongful dismissal claims and human right's complaints. Holly is also well-versed in Court of Appeal procedures and Federal Court Applications.

Holly currently oversees personal injury files at Yearwood & Company.

Her free time is spent with her children and training horses for the "A" level jumper circuit.

Felicia Razansoff Receptionist
Felicia Rezansoff began working at Yearwood & Company in July 2007. She enjoys the variety of her job; her current duties include reception, file management, and general office duties.

In Felicia's spare time, she likes to read, go to hockey games, and spend time with her nieces.

Stephanie Fuller Legal Assistant
Stephanie Fuller has been an employee of Yearwood & Company since June 2001. She deals with many administrative matters for the firm and also works as a legal secretary/assistant on a wide variety of matters including general litigation, WCB, personal injury, commercial, and real estate law.
Stephanie completed at the top of her class in the Applied Business Technology Program at the University College of the Fraser Valley in January 2002, and graduated from the Paralegal Program at Capilano College in June 2006.

When Stephanie manages to find any spare time, she likes to cook, scrapbook, and watch hockey with her husband.
