Established in 1998, we are a firm of 3 lawyers located in Port Kells,
BC (between Walnut Grove and Surrey - see map
for directions). We primarily service the Fraser Valley area but have clients
throughout BC, Alberta and beyond. We speak English and French.
Our main area of practice is in personal injury
claims, mostly for plaintiffs but with some insurance defence work
as well. We also do WCB claims, commercial
litigation,
family law, corporate
and commercial law, real estate transactions
and wrongful dismissal.
Most recently, we have also initiated a BUSINESS
BROKERAGE SERVICE assisting buyers in locating businesses to purchase
and assisting owners in the sales of their businesses.
